Sardorbek Rakhimov is the independent software developer who develops and operates ShipZen. ShipZen is a native macOS client for App Store Connect, built to make routine publishing work easier to inspect and complete without hiding what will be sent to Apple.

ShipZen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. It works with your own Apple Developer account and the official App Store Connect API. Its security and capability page explains what the app handles, what stays on Apple's website, and which outside services the app can contact.

Why the guides exist

The ShipZen guides cover practical Apple platform work such as API key setup, localization, TestFlight, pricing, keywords, and pre-submission checks. They are maintained alongside the product so that a workflow can explain both what Apple's systems require and where ShipZen fits.

Editorial method

Start with primary Apple sources. Apple-specific guidance is checked against Apple Developer documentation, App Store Connect Help, or Apple's published reports where applicable. The relevant sources are linked in the guide so readers can inspect them directly.
Separate requirements from workflow advice. A rule Apple publishes is presented as Apple's rule. ShipZen recommendations, worked examples, and descriptions of the app are labeled by context rather than presented as Apple policy.
Show the review date. Guides display when they were last updated. Apple can change its documentation, interface, and API, so the date is part of the evidence rather than decoration.
Correct the public page. If you find an error or a stale Apple rule, email support@shipzen.app with the page and supporting source. Sardorbek reviews corrections and updates the visible date when the page changes materially.

Product accountability

The same support address reaches the developer for bug reports, feature requests, billing questions, and privacy requests. The Privacy Policy documents what leaves your Mac and why. The Terms of Service explains the product's limits and your responsibility to review changes before sending them to Apple.
